Privacy Policy

• Account data: email address, name, and authentication credentials you provide at sign-up.
• Connected Gmail accounts: when you connect a Gmail inbox via Google OAuth, we store the OAuth refresh and access tokens needed to send mail on your behalf. We never see or store your Google password.
• Contacts & campaigns: the contact lists, templates, and campaign content you upload or create.
• Sending activity: per-account send counts, delivery results, and error logs used to power analytics and rotation.
• Usage data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

• Operate the Service, including sending campaigns via your connected Gmail accounts.
• Display analytics, manage daily limits, and rotate sending between accounts.
• Authenticate you and secure your account.
• Respond to support requests and improve the Service.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Gmail data to provide the user-facing sending and analytics features of the Service. We do not use Gmail data to train generalized AI models, serve advertising, or transfer data to third parties except as required to operate the Service or by law.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers that host the Service (database, authentication, edge functions).
• Google, to deliver mail through Gmail at your direction.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

We retain your account, contacts, and campaign data for as long as your account is active. You can delete campaigns and disconnect Gmail accounts at any time from your dashboard. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We use row-level access controls, encrypted OAuth token storage, and HTTPS in transit. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
